November 2025 - TAHRA Monthly Meeting - Ethical Decision Making

November 11, 2025
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Hagerty Conference Center
715 East Front Street
Traverse City, MI 49686

About Our Session:

In today’s fast-paced business environment, leaders are faced with choices that shape culture, performance, and long-term success. In this seminar, Amy Courter introduces a practical formula for ethical decision-making called GGOTO — the Greater Good of the Organization:

GGOTO = (Vision + Mission + Values) × (Genuine Care and Concern for People)

Through this lens, Amy will explore how organizations can align strategy with humanity, ensuring that decisions serve both the business and the people who drive it.

Key themes include:

·        Clear is Kind: Learn how an Accountability Chart (different from a traditional Org Chart) fosters clarity, responsibility, and professional growth.

·        Inspect What We Expect: Discover how Scorecards become a tool of empowerment—an agreement that allows employees to take ownership of their success.

·        Solve, Don’t Blame: Scorecard review is not a blame and shame show, it’s all about identifying and solving issues as a team.

Join us for this engaging session with Amy Courter to gain actionable tools that help leaders and teams make better decisions, inspire trust, and drive meaningful results.
