November 2019: Developing a Feedback Culture
November 12, 2019
11:45 AM - 2:00 PM
Hagerty Conference Center
715 East Front Street
Traverse City, MI 49686
A high-performing organization is comprised of individuals who work continuously to grow and develop. Giving and receiving feedback serves an important role in this type of learning culture. The value of feedback is easy to understand; delivering feedback, however, can be difficult – yet critical as your organization seeks to build a feedback culture.
Participants will learn in this course:
- A new style that helps them deliver feedback, and inspire a feedback culture from the top down.
- How to accept feedback, as well as be an active listener in feedback conversations.
- Practical guidance on how to build the feedback skill of others so feedback is an ongoing conversation, not a once-in-a-year experience – this will help ensure feedback promotes and supports performance management throughout the organization.
Ultimately, this program will align with performance-review and management processes performed within your organization.
