About Our Session:

Continuing the annual tradition- Get ready for some great learning, networking, and fun at our December TAHRA membership meeting! 

This year we will explore an exciting new resource- Disrupt HR! (quick take videos on various HR topic). Our session will allow participants to digest HR topic information and then stem conversation/idea sharing in small groups surrounding these topics. 

We’ll also take part in two great team building tools - these can easily be taken back to your workplace and shared with your teams.  The first team building tool focus on the importance of kindness in the workplace; As a leader, every kind act you do, every kind word you speak, and every kind thought you have makes a huge, positive, kind difference! This exercise will help us share tools and materials that can then be utilized in our workplaces and communities. Our second exercise will help us “set sail” on our way to encourage interaction and teamwork. First, we’ll practice on fellow TAHRA members, and then will be able to share with our respective workplaces.

We look forward to continuing this special TAHRA programing which is a gift of sharing by all. Your session facilitators will be your Chapter President and Programs team with the support of Betsy Williams (MMTC).
