There are several models for talent review and career mapping, including the 9-Box Talent Matrix. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to use this tool, and more, to guide decision-making.

About Our Speaker: 

Kathy Grinsteiner is the owner of EverGROWTH Consulting, an organizational development firm that helps clients maximize their greatest asset: their people. She works with leaders and teams to improve their communication and their culture through training and assessment of team dynamics. She has served as a voluntary community mediator and recently completed an intensive domestic relations mediation certificate program. Kathy believes in the power of healthy conflict, and fostering a culture of belonging. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Aquinas College and her Masters degree in Communication from Grand Valley State University. She lives in the Traverse City area with her husband, and loves to spend time with family and friends, on the water, and camping in her vintage camper, Bonfire Bessie.
