Tom Wardrip is a Principal Consultant with Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Mr. Wardrip has comprehensive management experience in the service and health care managed services industries, and has extensive experience working with complex system integrations and multi- hospital organizations. Tom specializes in compression analysis that focuses on equity in pay systems and aslo has a strong background in disparate impact analysis, FLSA audits, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, and a variety of other human resources topics.
